We're here to get fresh, single-origin olive oil into your pantry. Because great EVOO makes everything you cook delicious and healthy - and we think everyone deserves that.

Like many foodie families, we were going through bottles of olive oil constantly. When we started paying attention, we discovered that what we thought was quality Italian oil was actually stale, blended oil from all over the world. And the truly good stuff felt too expensive for everyday use. Coming from a Lebanese background, we knew quality olive oil shouldn't be a luxury - it's an everyday essential in Mediterranean kitchens.

In our search for the perfect oil, we discovered Picual olive oil from Andalusia, Spain. After visiting the region and seeing the simple, natural processing firsthand, we knew we had to bring this deliciously grassy, peppery oil to British kitchens at an accessible price.
