The EVOO for Drizzling, pressed from early-harvest Picual olives, delivers an intense, peppery kick with strong grassy notes - perfect for drizzling over finished dishes, fresh bread, or salads. The EVOO for Cooking, made from late-harvest Picual olives stands up wonderfully to heat while maintaining its extra virgin quality and polyphenols.
