Fresh, Single Origin EVOO
No blending, no middlemen, no fancy packaging. Just incredible extra virgin olive oil in a refillable bottle.

If you love cooking with the best ingredients, there’s a problem when it comes to olive oil...

You're either spending a fortune on fancy bottles or settling for supermarket extra virgin that's low-quality, blended, and usually pretty stale.

Glug changes this. Our extra virgin olive oil comes directly from family-owned groves in Jaén, Spain's olive capital, where generations of farmers have perfected the art of growing Picual olives.

Glug is the same stuff people across the Mediterranean have used for thousands of years but is almost impossible to get your hands on in the UK.

The result? With Glug, everything you cook tastes incredible! And due to the high levels of oleic acid and polyphenols, it's healthier too.

Our process is simple: Fresh olives—from one place—cold-pressed and bottled immediately. No blending, no sketchy middlemen, no compromises!

Why Glug?

  • Fresh

GLUG oil goes from tree to bottle faster than you can say "extra virgin." Check the harvest date right on the bottle.
  • Cold-Pressed

Our olives are pressed at temperatures below 27°C, preserving all those delicate flavors and nutrients that high heat would destroy.
  • 100% Picual

Picual olives have that distinctive grassy, peppery, tomato-leaf flavor that makes great olive oil so special.
  • Never Blended

We don’t play mix-and-match with different varieties and harvests, our oil is pure and single-origin.
  • Bursting with polyphenols

Picual is one of the healthiest olive oil varieties due to its high levels of oleic acid and polyphenols.
  • Planet-Friendly

Our olives take a pretty short journey - from sunny Jaen straight to your kitchen. Plus, our bottles are 100% recyclable and refillable from our 5-litre tins.
